Our Mission

Our mission is to provide crucial resources such as energy to indigenous people across the globe. We will do this through a progressive and organic growth, which will allow us to properly expand from our initial location in the United States. We will maintain transparency in our operations and follow a strict code of ethics:

Indigenous Energy maintains a strict code of ethics, based on our goal to improve life for all. We prioritize improving life for those that are in greatest need of aid. We enforce this by providing fair wages that greatly exceed not only the minimum wage in the region, but also the cost of living needed to thrive. 90% or more of the employees are indigenous people. The company makes an effort to hire and provide training opportunities to individuals that would be considered unqualified to perform similar tasks at businesses in the same industry.

We conduct monthly audits to maintain compliance. We set the standard for equality in the industry through our strict equal pay policy. This means that gender, race, ethnicity and religion have no impact in determining wages. Our current employment base is 73% female and 27% male. The average age for an employee is 43 years old. These numbers are subject to change, therefore, they are published monthly in our bulletin to our investors and partners. These figures are posted to the public annually.
While these global moral standards drive our code of ethics, we have cultural consultants in every region of operation. Their purpose is to make sure the highest level of leadership, who are based out of the United States, abide by the societal guidelines in those particular regions. Our goal is to embrace diversity and avoid any instances where one culture is prioritized over another. These consultants are contractors who are not directly under the highest level of leadership, to maintain a greater degree of checks and balances.
